New Nozzle Structure
The nozzle head has been changes which makes it simple to quickly change the nozzle. This new Nozzle fitting not only saves time but also reduces the parts in the nozzle head, so you have less worn parts which saves you money. For existing CNC Table owners, you can upgrade to this system by purchasing a Nozzle Upgrade Kit. The nozzle is a different nozzle so that needs to be changed as well so it is prudent to wait until you need to change the nozzle.

Bearing System Closure
The new model now has a sealing gasket on all rales, reducing the amount of dust getting into the rails and onto the bearings. There is also an airflow system with a regulator that blows positive air pressure into the channels, which helps prevent dust from getting into the rails—another cost-saving feature.

New Overfill Sensor
A new sensor on the pressure pot tells you when there is too much abrasive. Overfilling the abrasive can damage the pressure pot's mushroom seal, which is a problematic and costly repair. The sensor will help you know when you have overfilled so you can dump some abrasive to the optimum level.

In Use Light
An “in use” light glows green when the machine is running. It’s a safety feature for plants that are very noisy so that people can see the machine is running.

Laser Light Cross Hair
Josh does not mention this in the video, but the new machine has a laser light crosshair instead of a simple red dot. This tremendous time-saving feature allows you to set your blasting fields much faster. It is a simple but great feature that reduces the time to set fields. Laser Light Cross Hair Upgrade can add this feature to an existing system.
